Processing time:

  • Before shipping, please allow us 1 to 2 business days to process your order. The time depends on the actual situation (excluding public holidays and weekends).
  • Processing may be delayed if the shipping address is questionable and your order is classified as high-risk (we use this extra time to ensure the security of your credit information). We may require you to provide proof of identity for the billing information received.

Estimated time for free shipping:

  • 10-15 days (depending on the country, shipping time varies)
  • COVID-19 Notice: Our shipping times may be longer than stated due to evolving COVID-19 restrictions affecting delivery services. Premium shipping fees:

  • We offer free shipping worldwide (time cannot be guaranteed for some countries or remote areas).
  • If you choose expedited shipping, we will need to charge a shipping fee of $40. We will use DHL/FedEx for delivery. Arrival time depends on the shipping company and usually takes about 6-9 days.

Note: Since shipping is via FedEx/DHL, shipping information updates may take 3-4 days. Please be patient. If a tracking number is issued, we will email it to you as soon as possible.

  • If you do not live in a safe place, please choose your shipping method carefully as regular postal services will not require a signature and parcels will be left wherever the carrier deems "safe".
  • We are not responsible for the incorrect address that was entered by you as a customer.
  • A restocking fee will be charged if you do not receive the item and it is returned. The fee will be 10% of the total amount for each item.

Taxes and customs duties:

  • Your order may be subject to customs duties or import fees, which are collected when the package arrives in the destination country. Legally, the recipient is responsible for paying these fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot determine the exact amount, as customs policies and import duties vary significantly from country to country.
